Plakias Horse Riding Center, (also known as Alianthos Crete Horse Riding), invites you to enjoy peaceful horse and pony riding amongst the small hills and olive groves as well as the beautiful beaches of Plakias, in the south coast of Crete for unforgettable riding holidays. We give riding lessons for children and adults, beginners as well as more advanced. Our aim is to give our clients a good start with their acquaintance with horses. More advanced riders are guided by the instructor on a level that is suited to their experience. All lessons are private, so the rider gets the instructors undivided attention.

For our guests that know how to ride, we organize guided trails in the surrounding mountainside of Plakias and on the amazing beaches of Damnoni, Amoudi and Plakias. All our rides are very picturesque; the scenery with its beautiful flora and fauna is very enjoyable to take at an easy pace, but also suitable for active riding. Our guests with no riding experience, can enjoy a guided little tour (15 min.) on a donkey or a horse or participate in our riding lessons.
